Prior bad acts...

When we looked at the MINI at the used car dealer one of the things I noticed was that the 3rd brake light lens had been neatly removed, leaving the lamps exposed to the elements, and looking quite shabby.  I included this in the list of reasons to get a better price on the car.

While I sat watching a baseball game I went onto the Moss Mini parts web site using my Blackberry and found they had a black replacement for a reasonable price so I ordered it.  When I got home from travel at the end of the week, it had arrived.  Installation was as simple as the instructions below.
